On Site Repair and Preventative Maintenance

MDU Tech Services, LLC offers monthly, quarterly and annual preventative maintenance programs for our customers. Preventative maintenance and on site repair programs include labor, travel time and other expenses associated with the service. Experienced technicians perform a full range of maintenance activities which will result in maximum equipment reliability. All maintenance activities associated with the equipment are describe in the original, manufacturer's "Operation & Maintenance Manual".   

MDU Tech Services, LLC can design a comprehensive, preventative maintenance program specific to the customers needs. This preventative maintenance program will be based on a unit's hours of operation and will include any miscellaneous parts, material and consummables required during the program.

Replacement Parts

MDU Tech Services, LLC maintains and supports microwave disinfection units on a global basis. Clients have been utilizing the microwave disinfection unit(s) for over 20 years and have elected to continue to utilize the microwave disinfection unit based on MDU Tech Services, LLC's ability to maintain a spare parts inventory. MDU Tech Services, LLC has supplied spare and replacement parts to existing microwave disinfection unit clients since its inception, and maintains a spare and replacement parts inventory for all parts unique to a variety of microwave disinfection unit designs. 

Service Calls and Equipment Troubleshooting

MDU Tech Services has the ability and can offer "remote" monitoring of a microwave disinfection unit to diagnose and troubleshoot unit operation from our facility. Experience indicates that most service calls and operational issues can be addressed via a telephone conversation with the unit operator or site technical representative, and can easly be resolved by resetting a circuit breaker or e-stop button, or making sure that all switches on the main control panel are in the correct position. A monitoring system, which "communicates", via modem, from our facility to an operational unit, gives MDU Tech Services personnel the real time data required to diagnose and correct most issues before a service visit is required. The monitoring system, which is offered with each refurbished/reconditioned unit, is most cost-effective for remote units so that a service call can be avoided.
